Yes! In addition to offering in person appointments at my Tempe location, I offer virtual appointments to anyone located in Arizona.

Sessions are 55 minutes.

Yes! I am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting.

I work with teenagers (high school age) and adults across the lifespan.

If you are using insurance, that depends on your plan. For out-of-pocket care, the cost is $150 per session.

I have availability Monday through Friday and limited evenings.

Starting therapy for the first time can feel scary, and that’s completely normal. At its core, therapy is a conversation focused on helping you get unstuck. While the process can be both challenging and rewarding, the goal is to help you better understand yourself and navigate life more effectively.
